Tom Plooy's utility that displays all 32-bit OutputDebugString() output under
Windows 95. Uses a VxD, so it doesn't work with NT. Can't use this if you're
using a ring 0 debugger, in the December 1996 Windows Developer's Journal.
Keep a desktop folder of shortcuts (.lnk files) to your favorite tools,
then use this utility to instantly change all their starting directories
